Overview

The Director of Casino Marketing Innovation provides strategic and organizational support for the Vice President of Casino Marketing Innovation, including - but not limited to - acting as Product Owner for large scale Marketing Operations implementation, partnering with IT on CRM solution build-out, identifying source data and integration points for enterprise systems, recommending technical solutions related to VIP sales and operations, and providing system and process support for teams across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Primary point of contact for the Casino Marketing Innovation team as it relates to systems; including use of current tools as well as needs for future-state
  • Provide recommendations and direct feedback with IT partners to ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Provide recommendations and solution planning with Data Team for overall platform architecture
  • Understand business process and needs to ensure CRM platform meets or exceeds the needs of the operation
  • Partner with multiple departments including Direct Mail, Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Casino Marketing, Customer Care and IT to ensure a thorough and correct understanding of processes and priorities
  • Provide direction on overall Salesforce project management including grooming of backlog and prioritization of features
  • Suggest solutions and enhancements based on knowledge of technical capabilities of current and future systems
  • Collaborate with VP of CM Innovation and property partners to identify weaknesses and opportunities based on system capability and data and analysis
  • Maintains professional relations with vendors, customers and harmonious relationships with co-workers.
  • Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree required
  • 5 years of Gaming Industry experience required
  • Knowledge of Hospitality and Gaming systems such as LMS/HMS, CMS and POS required
  • Knowledge of data querying software such as SQL, Access or Oracle strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce, is preferred
  • Must be able to obtain casino licenses in required jurisdictions
  • Ability to travel (travel requirement is approx. 20%)
  • Ability to analyze raw data to find trends and anomalies
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities
  • Must possess the ability to understand and interpret graphical representation of data
  • Ability to manage time, teams and projects effectively is required
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Ability to function in non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercised.

 

Work Environment:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
