Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Manager – Talent Aquisition, is responsible for assessing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for the supported division of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming. Additionally, provides sourcing and administrative support to the Support Services Recruiting team.

 

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in determining sourcing strategies and resources to drive applicant traffic; and develop creative strategy to find top talent.
  • Proactively source candidates through recruiting tools, as directed by Management.
  • Proactively source candidates through recruiting tools, as directed by Management.
  • Partner with Company leadership on understanding of positions, recruitment needs and objectives, properly address challenges, and conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Remain current with latest recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, social media and candidate retention management capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of Company initiatives in order to anticipate and plan recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Screen candidates, conduct panel interviews and process reference checks as necessary.
  • Act to ensure requisitions are filled in an expeditious manner with top tier, guest service driven candidates.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of Company benefits programs in order to properly leverage such and attract high caliber candidates.
  • Assist with planning hiring events.
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Support Services policies and procedures.
  • Ensure hiring preference is extended to members of the Seminole Tribe and to members of other nationally recognized Native American tribes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of high volume recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must have strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably ICIMS and Workday.
  • Infinium Experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Management, both verbally and written.

Work Environment:
