As a leader of the gaming support team, you will allow investment and operational initiatives for Hard Rock, utilizing enterprise frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure seamless ways of working and managing our gaming technology portfolio. Planning, budgeting, and executing the Technology Gaming roadmap are core responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for leading support responsibilities and executing cross-functional and end-to-end delivery of support capability for our consumers and employees. You will lead significant initiatives and implement new working methods (including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid) across Technology and Business teams.
