The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and budgeting for Globe Entertainment & Media Corp. (GEMC) entity, the Hard Rock Loyalty Program (Unity), and the Hard Rock Experience (HRX) divisions. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and driving efficiency in reporting and reconciliation processes.

• Lead and manage general accounting functions, including accounts receivable and general ledger oversight.
• Perform and support balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, and complex journal entries.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Reconcile and manage Unity (Loyalty) program liabilities, including posting journal entries and accounts receivable transactions.
• Drive the accurate and timely publication of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for GEMC entity, Unity, and HRX divisions.
• Assess existing financial practices and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate external audit processes and ensure timely compliance with auditor requirements.
• Maintain detailed cost tracking for strategic initiatives, including archive digitization, licensing programs, product development, and exhibitions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Archive teams to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue tracking across multiple business streams.
• Lead and execute departmental projects from inception to implementation.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide data-driven insights for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, GAAP/IFRS standards, and internal control measures.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Master’s degree in accounting as well as minimum seven (7) years of accounting and leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and external business partners.
• Strong expertise in financial reconciliation, journal entries, P&L review, and balance sheet reporting.
• Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Infinium (AS400), Oracle, and Workday ERP systems (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to handle complex accounting concepts with minimal supervision and work effectively within strict deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and their practical application.
