Overview

The VP of Operations will lead the overall operational strategy across all HRX product lines, focusing on optimizing workflows, managing budgets, HR responsibilities, and overseeing supply chain processes. This role ensures the efficient execution of all product lines, aligning operational goals with business objectives, and supporting the scalability and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities

Essential job functions include; but are not limited to:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations for all product lines, ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the operational budget for each product line, ensuring that financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively. Monitor expenditures and provide financial reporting on the performance of each product line.
  • HR Management: Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing for each product line. Oversee team performance, manage resource allocation, and ensure staff is aligned with the operational goals. Lead workforce planning, hiring, and training strategies to support operational needs.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the supply chain for all product lines, ensuring smooth sourcing, production, and delivery. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure the operational needs of each product line are met and aligned with broader business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks across product lines, ensuring continuity of service and minimizing disruptions. 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Proven experience in managing operations, including budget oversight, HR responsibilities, and supply chain management in a digital product or omni-channel environment.
  • Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex operations across multiple product lines.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and scaling operations to meet business growth.
